Lynx Kitchen is now available as a factory-fit module for hood manufacturers. Instead of a retrofit, the separator is built into your hood on the production line, so it leaves the factory as a single certified unit with continuous grease separation already inside it.
For the manufacturer this is a differentiator with no development cost. Your hood removes 100 percent of the liquid fat droplets at source, keeps the downstream duct clean, cuts the customer's fire risk and cleaning burden, and makes downstream heat recovery practical. The technology is already proven: at Oslo Airport Gardermoen a Lynx unit runs inside a third-party hood, and Lynx is the only grease separator Avinor has approved for the airport's restaurant kitchens.
