A rotating mesh spins grease droplets out of the airstream with extremely high centrifugal force. All liquid droplets — grease and water — are cast radially outward and continuously drained. No filters to replace, no chemicals.

Instead of trapping grease in filters, Lynx Kitchen spins grease droplets out of the airstream with centrifugal force — and continuously drains them out of the system.
Contaminated kitchen air enters the unit via a standard flange connection and is directed towards the rotating mesh.
The rotating mesh spins at 75–314 G centrifugal force — up to 440 times stronger than the industry's passive solutions. Liquid particles down to 0.3 µm are cast radially outward and hit the mesh surfaces.
The grease is collected and continuously drained out of the system. No filters to replace, no chemicals — the ducts remain chemically clean.
Separation of grease droplets > 3 µm — confirmed by SINTEF and Camfil laboratory measurements
A standard flange connection and 230 V is all that is needed. No specialist skills beyond standard HVAC practice.
Provide duct diameter and number of hoods. We dimension the correct number of units and deliver complete with flange connections.
The unit is mounted inline in the existing duct with a standard flange connection — no specialist skills required.
Connect 230 V power, drain pipe, and the Schneider Electric controller for cloud-based logging.
Start the unit and verify operation via the Schneider Cloud portal. The system logs operating hours and performance data continuously.
The Schneider Electric controls log grease volumes, operating hours, and performance deviations continuously. All data available in real time and can be exported for insurance documentation and ESG reporting by arrangement.
Continuous log of grease volumes removed per hour, day, and month — ready for insurance and ESG reporting.
Accumulated operating hours per unit provide the basis for service planning and proactive follow-up.
Automatic alerts on deviation from the normal curve — identify and address issues before they escalate.
Logged data can be exported and used for insurance documentation or ESG reporting — set up together with the customer.
