Enquiries: When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry) in order to respond to and follow up on it.
Analytics and marketing: With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and Google Ads to measure advertising effectiveness — including page views and clicks on contact links and buttons. Without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. The Google services then send only aggregated, cookieless signals without stored identifiers (Google Consent Mode), used for statistical modelling.
Enquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and marketing cookies are set only based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15), which you can withdraw at any time.
We use Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA) as processors for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, and Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting and anonymous performance measurement (Vercel Web Analytics). Transfers of personal data to the USA take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission as a transfer mechanism (GDPR Art. 45). Email enquiries are deleted when no longer needed to follow up the matter, and at the latest 12 months after the final correspondence. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google's default setting). Your consent choice is stored for 6 months.
